For custom cakes, we recommend placing your order at least 3-5 days in advance. For elaborate wedding cakes or special designs, please give us 1-2 weeks notice to ensure we can create exactly what you envision.

Absolutely! We offer gluten-free, sugar-free, and vegan options for most of our cakes. Please mention any dietary restrictions or allergies when placing your order, and we'll work with you to create a delicious alternative.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within Dhaka city and selected nearby areas. Delivery charges apply based on distance. For orders outside our regular delivery zone, please contact us to discuss special arrangements.
Can I see a sample or taste test before ordering?
Yes! Visit our bakery to see our display cakes and try samples of our most popular flavors. For custom designs, we can show you portfolio images of similar work we've done in the past.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash on delivery, bank transfers, and mobile payments (bKash, Nagad). For large orders, we may require a 50% advance payment to confirm your booking.
Can you write custom messages on cakes?
Of course! We can write custom messages, names, and even create edible photo prints for your cakes. Just let us know what you'd like when placing your order.
